Hi,
On my side I just use uBlock.
Since it allows to edit the rules, instead On/Off.2 AdBlockers can concur in an extended resources use and slowness browsing.
You can do your tests and checking Opera's Task Manager. Also, more clicks when on any problematic site.
If you prefer Opera's AdBlocker, you can check Filterlists.com and try to add AntiAdBlock lists to Opera.
You'll find many, also for uBlock - already integrated, if I'm not wrong -.So,
In case you need to use another AdBlocker, the Opera's built in seems unnecessary.--
Old Opera's - Presto - AdBlocker was very good, you can even add your own rules, maybe this feature will be implemented on the future.--

I just tested using the "Page load time" extention and it loads faster with Opera's adblock turned off and uBlock Origin on.

I use both Opera adblocker and AdBlock (quite similar to uBlock). I have unchecked [most] AdBlock lists (Opera processes them faster); I am using it mainly for selective content blocking.
You can disable-enable either blocker on per-site basis too.Do you know what list blocks prime ads on Twitch?
