<![CDATA[Have to verify my accounts every login.]]>When I go to my banks, or certain things that require "one time passcodes", it makes me enter them every time.
This started happening about 2 days ago. I'm not in private browsing mode or have a VPN on either.

Two days ago - Sunday - is not a day when there was any update to Opera, so something else changed. We need to figure out what. Cookies are used to keep you logged in on sites, something has been configured to make them "session cookies" which means they will be thrown away when you close the browser. There is a setting in Opera for that, but you should know if you changed that setting ... but a variety of "privacy" or "security" software can also do this.
