      developers decided otherwise.

I'm really tired of their decisions. Next decision will be to kill the search or video popup?
I'm still on 58. I hoped that O65 will meet my expectations but no, there's again a genius decision to remove the feature instead of fixing/making it compatible with the new design or offering something better.

since last update, and here again. When i create a bookmark, it automatically shows the bookmark bar on top. every time. i dont have it activated, and i dont want it.

@icetom87: This issue got fixed in 64.0.3417.47. Once you choose another location for the bookmark in the bookmark pop-up and hide the bookmarks bar, it won't appear again until re-enabled in settings.

@kswitalski The Bookmark Bar appears for a second when you add a bookmark (by clicking Heart on the right side of the omnibox, and if you add a bookmark by pressing Ctrl + D) to folders and locations that are not in the Bookmark Bar.

Sorry, but I will repeat, but when at least one of these problems is solved especially with two scrollbars, when you try to add a bookmark

When you want to add a bookmark and click to select the folder appears two scrolls and you have to scroll to find the button is ready:
                  Please fix it.
                  Note:
You need to have more than ten sub folders to appear two scrolls.

And Will 2 sidebars be combined in Opera like Opera GX?

The issue seems irrelevant to hardware acceleration. It happens with and without it.

If i use my data folder with Opera 63, colors are ok as they should be

I would like to downvote this new comment section. It sucks in both design and functionality. A regression from Disqus.

What I would like to see are three things ...

1- There are only two themes. Light and dark. Give us the ability to use other colors. It's not that hard.

2- The active tab, regardless of theme color, needs to stand out more.

3- The speed dial colors should have the ability to be customized by the user.

The above have been asked for by other users in the past and then completely ignored by the developers. Why?

Opera 64.x seems to start faster on my system (Windows 10 Pro 1903 (build 18362.418, 64-bit, Intel i5 CPU, 16 GB RAM) than Opera 63.x, as is confirmed again and again after a few days of use.

I therefore assume that Opera's start process has also been optimized since nothing else on my computer was changed (besides MS updates). Thanks for that.
