Решил, что нужно 2017-2018 года это расширение.

P.S. я прогу (для Win 7/8/10) сам добавлял когда-то (7 янв 2017 расширение для Опера 36 работало)

из всего что вы можете получить от этого расширения это: значок в списке расширений и пустую одно-строчную менюшку.

Meaning they the server sees it and its immediately banned even with alternate 3rd level proxy chains etc. etc. active. BASICALLY most of the VPN's assoc with 19 country PACT blacklisted/don't-work-even-slightly they don't even get a chance, you'll see, 99percent of VPN's are TRASH .. WORTHLESS you will see in 2020 many pist off people.
