<p dir="auto">( <code>C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe</code> )</p>
<p dir="auto">On some Windows platforms this triggers constant firewall alerts because NetBIOS traffic outside the LAN is not allowed by default.  I have two questions for the developers:</p>

<p dir="auto">Is it really necessary for the Opera VPN to send NetBIOS traffic?</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Is it really necessary for Opera to use the OS kernel as proxy (which makes application control more difficult)</p>
</li>
