But this is the profile of an installed version, not a portable version. And was apparently recreated at first start of the gx version. Therefore no current data.
a portable profile (= all(!) data incl cache) is in the same folder as the program data, in in a folder "profile" - in contrast to the installed version. All user data in \Users...\AppData\Roaming (or \local) is part of an installed version!
Therefore: reinstall in a separate folder, select "as standalone (usb)" in the options, then it fits. Personal data (bookmarks etc.) can be copied over later.
