Add the possibility of using HEX codes for the custom highlight color.
Also, add an optional switch where the browser would switch the hightlight color when browsing websites that have a <meta name="theme-color" content="#999999" />, just like on Android phones. The color selected by the user would be used if the website doesn't have the above tag in it's code, and on the GX menus and browser settings.
