So, I think you have to modify something in the Windows registry to do this (If Opera even honors the setting). Of course, doing so might affect a lot of other programs/apps.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can look in <a href="https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/</a> for "timeout" and "max" etc., but I don't think there are any switches to override Windows in this case.</p>
<p dir="auto">Here's the keep alive timeout: <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/813827/how-to-change-the-default-keep-alive-time-out-value-in-internet-explor" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/813827/how-to-change-the-default-keep-alive-time-out-value-in-internet-explor</a> but according to <a href="https://superuser.com/a/1110259/6488" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://superuser.com/a/1110259/6488</a>, it might not work anymore. You can try it at your own risk though.</p>
