A recent update (using version 63.0.3368.53) changed the appearance of the add tab button and now it's usability
is really bad and really bothering me, because you can't hover the button anymore by just moving the mouse to the top of screen.
The topmost pixel between the top of screen and the button doesn't trigger hover/click, which is basically a bad UX decision based on Fitts's law and the fact that it used to work this way.
Is there a setting or something to change that?
