<![CDATA[Scrolling of all opened tabs is disabled when message box on inactive tab is waiting]]>Scrolling of all opened tabs is disabled when message box is waiting for user's input on one of inactive tabs.

Note that this message box (in my case "Wrong certificate. Stop/continue") is not visible while its tab is not active, so it freezes all tabs and makes browser unworkable.

Opera 22.0.1471.70 on Windows 7 32-bit
