I have started the development of a dapp and was wondering if there is an opera specific guide for this.

In this post https://github.com/operasoftware/devopera/issues/600#issuecomment-447260964, it is said that opera doesn't inject web3 which causes some dapps to break.

But when I inspect any web page in opera I'm able to see that the Web3 object is available. Is it safe to assume that opera makes the Web3 object available to the dapp just like Metamask does?
