Come to think of it, I have a software called 'autohotkey' installed. Although I only use it for another key (for 'next track' in spotify without spotify being in focus), it might interfere. Wouldn't think so, but its the only I can imagine.

Anyway, I primarily wanted to check out if this was a known bug. Since its not, and since its so weird, i assume it's related to my system. I miss my linux.

Did you check your hardware? Did you try resetting Opera settings? Did you try a clean Opera profile?

What happens when you try to use Ctrl + Tab?

After resetting keyboard shortcuts, ctrl+tab does not cycle tabs. It is not working.

Currently, I have ctrl+q for cycle tabs and no functionality assigned to ctrl+tab.

Otherwise no issues about keyboard setup on computer as I'm aware. It's only in opera.

There is no action associated with ctrl+tab.

As I mentioned, I also tried to reset shortcuts, at which ctrl+tab isn't working, but cycle tabs works when I assign another shortcut e.g. ctrl+q
