<![CDATA[Video Pop-Out hiccups / stutters when originating tab is in background [FIX]]]>Video Pop-Out seems to work find at first, until...

  1. ...you minimize the originating tab
  2. ...you go to another tab
  3. ...you scroll down until the originating video is out of view

At that moment the popped out video will start to stutter consistently while the audio keeps playing fine.

Fixes: either enable opera:flags/#d3d11-video-decoder or choose another graphics backend altogether at opera:flags/#use-angle

Type one of them in the address field and press enter. Or, just type opera://flags in the address field, press enter and then search for the flags.
