Forgot my passphrase since I sync'd it long time ago and never had issues.
Updated from 1809 to 1903 and now all my stuff is gone.
I HAVE recovered old files from %appdata% for both Chrome and Opera (all extensions and settings seem to be there) but still doesn't give me back any of my extensions or passwords.
I have no clue how to contact google for any of this since their support is horrible,suggestions?

Do you see any extra users in "C:\Users" that you didn't create? Not saying that'll help with restoring, but that might explain why it happened.
