since Opera beta 63.0.3368.29, it looks like the ad blocker became "too effective". It started blocking also resources on localhost preventing me from using Opera for my Web development tasks, unless I add an exception to the integrated ad-blocker to whitelist "localhost".

Issue persists with: 63.0.3368.33.
