Mine is one day off in Opera Developer (fresh profile).

A user from New Zealand also reported their history was often 1 day off, but on further examination it was determined the history was actually showing UTC (previously called GMT) and was half a day off in his case.

I'm currently using Opera Developer 64, and the history seems correct in that version. So perhaps it is fixed in Developer and you'll just have to wait for the fix to make it to stable.
