<![CDATA[Opera failing to update to 62.0.3331.116]]>My Opera browser keeps notifying me (via the dot on the logo in the upper-left corner) that I need to restart opera to complete an update; and when I go to the "About Opera" page it downloads the files it needs for v62.0.3331.116 and tells me to re-launch the browser to update.

Selecting restart or relaunch, and/or manually forcing Opera to close and restarting, does not actually appear to do...anything. The notification just appears again. I'm on v62.0.3331.99; the update itself is probably not a big deal, but it's a little annoying.

I've even removed Opera cleanly and installed new and I end up at 62.0.3331.68 or 62.0.3331.88.
