English also makes sense because it's the most common and widespread language in the world. Most things have Spanish, English and French no matter what the primary language of the creator is because the languages are so common and widespread. It's an accessibility to everyone thing. It's selfish and entitled to intentionally create something where only people who know the language can access it, especially if it's not a super common language. Not at all saying the creator did this though.

И почему то прописано только по протоколу "http" в других браузерах таких проблем нет.

Больше - ничего.

К сожалению, Опера запретила показ любых расширений на новой вкладке. Таким образом они продвигают свою экспресс-панель. Tabsbook можно вызывать таким образом, как вы указали. Но еще можно попробовать найти настройку в вашей версии Оперы установки страницы по умолчанию и указать там адрес Tabsbook. Но скорее всего и эту настройку они убрали.
