This extension automatically switches to the New Tab. Thanks for a job well done.

Tabs to the front!

"Simply makes newly opened tabs active."

AFTER installation, try it out:
Right click on a valid link and select 'Open link in new tab'

Voila, the linked page opens in a new tab AND pops to the front, immediately, so you can interact with it. The page in that new tab is said to be the 'Active' tab/page.

Opera has always been a great browser, but missing some critical, key functionality at times. After a long hiatus, I'm back to using Opera and cannot live without the functionality this add-on brings. It makes Opera's support for tabs liveable.
