For the last several days, Opera has gotten so slow that even opening it takes 30 seconds. One function I used to do in a flash app that took an average of 1 second is now taking 6-8 seconds (and I have to repeat that function for 50 times or so). I tried clearing cache, then uninstalling and saving my data, then a complete uninstall. I can use the same apps I need in other browsers, but I liked Opera. Unfortunately I'll be uninstalling for good, at least until I come back in 6 months or so to see if it's been fixed.
One thing I noticed is the date for the version was the 15th, which is about when the problems began, so it seems to be related to the last release.
