bufferins icons opera tabs

i am using window 10 from last 1 year but i get a issue a day before The buffering icon on many of the tabs (mostly pages on the same site) is going round and round like the page is still loading but when I click on the tab the refresh page icon is showing rather. than the stop loading page icon I would expect if the page was actually still loading.
Opera is apparently upto date.
Is this some kind of known bug?

I get that a lot too. Currently have 15 tabs opened, 4 have that buffering favicon and it never goes away.
I get that a lot on Nasaspaceflight.com forum like on this page by example https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=47120.880
The page loads ok, favicon is the one from the website, but after after few seconds of scrolling the buffering/loading favicon shows up and stays forever.
