I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I was messing with the Air view feature seeing what apps support it. I tested Opera with it and didn't notice any difference. I eventually gave up and turned Air view off.

Some time later in opera, I noticed links were being highlighted when I went to touch links. So I found out that if I hovered my finger over links, they would highlight. I tested this on menu items and other objects that would pop up info on hover. Menu items would drop down, info boxes would pop up. It was all WORKING! FINALLY!

I went around testing Dolphin, Chrome and the default browser. They did not react to hover. It only worked in Opera. I don't recall updating Opera recently so I didn't think it was a feature Opera just added, unless they can do that without me updating manually (don't have auto updating enabled).

So now a week later and that feature is gone. I've went all over the settings in my phone. I don't know what happened.

Was I dreaming?

I've seen hover effects on my Acer tablet, but only when using the arrow keys on my external keyboard to emulate a mouse. Sorry, no idea on the Galaxy Tab series.
