unfortunately my ISP blocks the domains opera uses to connect to this https proxy and I wanted to know how I can setup a HTTPS proxy of my own and use with browser like Opera or firefox.</p>
<p dir="auto">does someone have experience with this? i dont need encryption, just high performance.</p>

and is many, many times better than nothing, very convenient and it is free.</p>
<p dir="auto">I use it all the time and feel really happy that my IP and personal details are<br />
completely hidden in some fictitious location elsewhere on the planet.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you are paranoid about security, then life on the Internet must be really miserable.<br />
I use Sandboxie a virtual environment program, Avast my AV, PrivateFirewall my firewall<br />
<strong>and Opera with its VPN/proxy</strong>. If security demands more than that, then quite frankly<br />
"to hell with it".</p>
