<![CDATA[Opera GX control is a Lie?]]>So, basicly i set the CPU usage to 25%, get 30% on display and 43% on Task Manager.

Even Chrome uses less CPU.

P.S: Look at the Memory usage as well

In your screenshot I can see -0.65GB. This means I wouldn't trust limiter at this stage - neither reading nor ability to set it up correctly.

We need to investigate that issue first.

Can you share system details with us: system version, 32 vs 64 bits, amount of system memory and CPU.
