<![CDATA[Can I restore the quick access bar in Opera 18 from an appdata backup?]]>Hi, everyone!

I just did a clean re-installation of Windows on my computer, and I'm trying to restore the Quick Access Bar with all my bookmarks from my previous installation of Opera 18. I have a backup of all the files in the old %AppData%, but I can't figure out which ones to copy back over into my new installation.

Is there any way to do this? Any help would be much appreciated!

You can't have the old Opera 12 sidebar anymore, unfortunately.

To get your bookmarks into a quick access bar just under the address bar, go to opera:flags (type it into the address field) and enable the quick access bar. Then go to Menu -> More Tools -> Bookmark Importer. This will retrieve your bookmarks from Opera Link, I believe. Otherwise you might have to point it to your old bookmarks folder or something.

However, my QAB configuration (which has since changed a lot) doesn't appear to be stored online anywhere. Am I right?
