<![CDATA[Can't Open]]>I can't seem to get Opera GX to open. I keep getting an application error.

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, getting the 32 and 64 bit versions, rebooting my computer, running as administrator, running compatibility mode, running directly from the install directory. Is there something wrong with the most recent stable release? Anything anybody can suggest?
