The launcher.exe is also allowed both in Inbound and Outbound rule. But Opera can't access Internet. What else I need to do Now?</p>

And, of course, you'll then have to update the rule every time Opera updates as the path to opera.exe will change.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you want Opera to be able to update itself, you'll also need to allow opera_autoupdate.exe.</p>
