I've also installed add on button opera turbo but doesn't seem work

Opera Desktop has a mode called "Battery Saver".
but is Not the same.

the only option i see: is to install an Android OS Emulator for Windows or OSX,
then install latest Opera, for Android in Win or OSX emulator.
and Turn Turbo mode-On.
