<![CDATA[Speed Dial Delay Issues (Again)]]>Since O 60.0.3255.151, the Speed Dial page opens quickly when opening a NEW tab; however when I am displaying a Web page and THEN click on the Speed Dial icon (top left) in order to return to the Speed Dial page, the same delay we had before it was "fixed" has reared it head again.

Can anyone duplicate this??
