If you enter URL address window in Opera browser, it will be freezing. Deleting and re-installing will continue. What is the cause?

Entering an opera URL address causes freezing and does not work. If you delete and reinstall, the same symptom will be repeated. What is the problem? The cause is unknown. The version is 60.0.3255.109.
