When I put "microsoft.com" in the address bar, I get to the URL "www.microsoft.com/nl-nl/"

Chrome will take me to microsoft.com/en-us.

In Opera, even if I enter microsoft.com/en-us, i'm taken to the nl-nl URL.

Yes, VPN is on. But another support forum told me to go to the bottom of the page and change the language for the Microsoft site. Apparently, when I reinstalled Opera, it erased all the cookies. Once I did this, the site opens in English. VPN is still enabled.
