Download manager additions

Please add following features:

• A download completion notification / sound when download is completed. User must have ability to enable/disable, specify own sound
• Ability to queue downloads by specifying number of active downloads. All additional downloads will be in a queue until the active download/s is complete. As a download completes, one from the queue will be added to active downloads.
