Opera has completely stopped working

So i was gonna open it up, but clicking on it does nothing. So i figure i'd reinstalled it. I did this twice and it still doesn't work or open up at all.

Yes. Opera has stopped working for me as well, as of this morning 5/21/2019. I have tried restarting my PC and also uninstalling/reinstalling Opera. Still have the same issue.
