I enabled wallpaper in settings and chose a wallpaper but the background stays white after restarting. Also is there a way to customize the toolbar?  This is Opera Version:60.0.3255.95</p>
<p dir="auto">I'm coming from Firefox so I'm on a learning curve. Thanks for your help.</p>

<p dir="auto">And you can't customize the toolbars.</p>
