<![CDATA[Wallpapers x background and toolbar customizing]]>Hi all. I enabled wallpaper in settings and chose a wallpaper but the background stays white after restarting. Also is there a way to customize the toolbar? This is Opera Version:60.0.3255.95

I'm coming from Firefox so I'm on a learning curve. Thanks for your help.

And you can't customize the toolbars.
