After update I can no longer move the screen with either the stylus nor touch on my laptop (MS SurfaceBook2) Windows 10. The only way I can move the screen in my game is by using the touch pad. Not good. Had this problem after a competitor update and had to stop using that browser and was thankful to find Opera... now.... grieving.. Can I go back to the previous version?
