Is updating Opera (WIN) to Opera+VPN (WIN) possible? How can we manage it?

What are you talking about? There is only Opera, that has a built-in VPN.

This is Opera for Windows forum, so we are talking about Opera for Windows (or, at least, Opera for desktops) or not?

Opera for Android has VPN for private windows both in its stable and beta version.

Opera Mini and Opera Touch don't have a VPN.

Go to settings page and enable the VPN.

Recently I downloaded a good program VeePN, it works not bad, I have been using it for about a month now.
