I am experiencingan weired issue wherein when ever i click on a video the entire screen goes black and then it starts. IN some cases this black out happens in midst of video playback and the video starts from the beginning. I am using the the latest opera version Version:60.0.3255.84.
My laptop configuration is as follows:
