[Suggestion] Automatically resize wallpaper image to fit opera's visible wallpaper space

Image with large size are usually set as wallpaper with its original size, and some parts of it are cut-off due to out of dimension. This makes the wallpaper look bad. Instead, the image should be automatically resize to fit the visible wallpaper space when set image as wallpaper, to preserve its beauty.

@tyfonen Strange, the image I have was originally 2-3 times my screen size. Mind you, they do keep the original aspect ratio, so you may only see the top of a tall image or left of a wide image.
