Win 10/64 laptop Opera Version: 58.0.3135.132
Everything is configured, and synchronization of changes in the PC express panels and the Laptop does not happen.
What's the problem?
Long ago everything well worked as PS at WIN 7...

So you see your Speed Dials from other Opera installations? If so, then everything is working as should.

I change an express panel on one computer - on another does not change:(it is not synchronization
