The Right Alt key functions as expected, but the Left Alt key seems to be disabled.<br />
This only occurs in Opera - not Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.<br />
Alt key assignment is not listed in Opera's keyboard settings, so how do I get the Left Alt key to function in Opera IAW keyboard standards?</p>

On most international keyboards right-Alt is used to access extra characters not used in English. I would guess since you are even asking that you don't use an international keyboard, but it is a guess - you should have said so.</p>
