<![CDATA[Dark side panel in white theme]]>In the new version of the opera, now the side panel has become white in the light theme, but I liked the dark theme in the light theme, please add an opportunity to change the color of the panel regardless of the theme

I miss it when I look at dark mode, but I dislike everything else about dark mode itself. Would be really nice if a separate light/dark theme option for the sidebar was added. Dunno if I'm alone on this, but the way it is now bothers me quite a bit.
