The first time I click on the icon it says I don’t have permission, but even after changing the privacy settings at properties to make myself eligible it still won’t work

I’ve been looking at other posts for a long time now but nothing seems to work for me. I’ve changed the privacy settings etc. And I don’t know what to do to fix it as I’m not good with computers at all. At the task manager I see Opera opened there until it says ‘interrupted’ and it closes again.

Could someone please help me by aiding me in fixing this problem so i can start Opera and use it?

I opened c:/windows/system32, and looked for cmd. I right clicked cmd and opened it as administrator, and on cmd i wrote: ‘net user Administrator /active:yes’ and pressed enter.

After restarting the computer I could finally open it.

i ran the installer and admin and it still won’t load. I get this message (the message i get every time) which I’ve added to this post.

It says “Can’t open the profile folder of the user, because you don’t have enough rights. Maybe you could get in contact with the admin of this device.” - even though it’s my personal laptop and I’ve made myself eligible to open it.

I would like to hear if you have any more ideas as to how I can fix this problem!!
