<![CDATA[Opera Update Does Not Report New Updates]]>On Windows 7 32 bit.
I have Opera 56.0.3051.88
With either "Update & Recovery" or "Help" > "About Opera" I'm told that Opera I up to date.
The Opera website show version 60 as available.

How do I find out if Version 60 is compatible with my PC and Laptop?
Why doesn't Opera report Version 60 as being available?

Really? Do you have no more than 4 GB of RAM?

In my case, Opera was updated automatically to 57-60. I wonder if the OS version may be the cause, although it would be strange, as Opera is 32 bits anyway.
