Nothing too revealing that I personally see unfortunately. I'll see if someone else can take a look.

Two other things to try:

Goto the URL opera://settings/system and disable "Hardware acceleration", restart Opera and try again. It it doesn't help, turn it back on.

Goto the URL opera://flags/#autoplay-policy, set it to "No user gesture required" and try again.

Also, if you could, goto the URL opera://gpu and post that.

And, try the user agent switcher to mask as Chrome.

If that doesn't work, goto https://www.opera.com/download and download the latest "developer" version and test it it. If it works there, things will probably work when 61 gets to stable.

If everything else fails, you could file a bug report and in addition to describing everything, mention this thread. Take note of the bug number and email address that you get when you file a report (if it doesn't show one, at least post the description you used). Then, for Opera to test, you'd need to tell them where you're located and give them your login info for viaplay, so they can actually test themselves. You'd change it after they're done testing of course.

So I get the media-internals from Vivaldi also...
Even installed Flash player for both Opera and Vivaldi.

A screenshot of that too might help.

Also, install https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/user-agent-switcher-5/ and mask as Chrome for Windows to see if it makes a difference.

Are you using Opera's VPN and or Opera's adblocker? Have any extensions installed that might interfere?

I apologize. This is hard to understand for me. I have VIASAT and
they seem to use Codec: MPEG2 / MPEG4 / HEVC. In Google Chrome, they
use HTML5, and also with Chromecast. Silverlight is apparently also
used to some extent, but I do not understand to what extent.
Netflix and Youtube work perfectly in Opera 60.
