b)  Secondly there is sometimes a prompt "  e.g "an existing version is installed - Upgrade Yes /No?"</p>
<p dir="auto">At present one has to update Desktop Short cut manually    via  Launcher.exe   or Select Opera.exe  and then Create a Short cut.</p>

<p dir="auto">If you point it at a previous install, it will change to say "update".</p>
