-Tab-thumbnails.
http://www.dkszone.net/mini-tip-show-thumbnails-open-tabs-visual-tabs-opera
the tab thumbnails speeds up my workflow with the web as I have alot of tabs open and can easily navigate to the tab I want.

Tabs Stacking or tab grouping. Just why was that removed? You recieved so much positive feedback when adding it, so why remove it?

-THE GOD DAMN BOOKMARKS! WHAT THE HELL OPERA?! what in the actual fuck am I even supposed to do with stash? Where is the organized folders of content Ive spent years on creating?

Until theese issues is sorted out I will remain a chrome user, seeing you basically destroyed my web experience.

Tabs Stacking or tab grouping
It looks like there are a handful of extensions to create and manage tab groups, you could take a look in Opera's extension catalog, Chrome Extensions Web Store (there are some like Opera's left/right positioned tab bar / Windows panel Sidewise Tree Style Tabs - to install Chrome extensions in Opera the easy way: https://addons.opera.com/extensions/details/download-chrome-extension-9/

am I even supposed to do with stash? Where is the organized folders of content Ive spent years on creating?
The purpose of Stash is to index the content (text) of pages you save there so you can use the search field to filter them easily, if you want folders you can have them in the Speed Dial (1 level deep) and more sub-folder levels in the bookmarks bar you can enable in the settings. To import your bookmarks it'll depend from where you want to do this, try searching the forums as there are plenty of topics with instructions or via a search engine "import bookmarks from XXX site:forums.opera.com".

Thanks for reminding me that i also should've added rulle 6 to the list.

And also thank yoy for allowing me to learn once more that when a topic has all the "ingredients" of one that won't go anywhere, it should be closed at once instead of be given a chance.

Thank you "typical forum police guy" to kindly respond with forum rules rather than something useful. ...

What, exactly, would you consider a "useful" response to your complaints? Especially considering that most of your original questions are actually "why'd you wreck my browser?" kinds of complaints that can't really be given a "useful" answer.

Beyond that, there are many forum threads that already discuss Opera's bookmarks (and/or Stash) in depth and what/how you can and cannot do things in terms of using them. While the methods aren't the most straight-forward, you can display a bookmarks bar, create folders/subfolders, and import bookmarks (with some limitations on method). Try searching, either with the forum search box or via Google.
