It is based on Opera 12 (not on current versions of Opera) and hasn't been update in years. I don't see a link on their website, but it is on the <a href="http://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/mail/1.0/win/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">FTP site</a>.</p>
