Scripts that change the size of the window and/or create new ones with the same or a different size has been around since the Internet has born.

Here none of those links you provided caused any change on the size of the window.

I restored Opera's window size, so it's not maximized. I then opened those links, closed them, and the window size did not change. Can you clearly specify the steps to reproduce the problem?

It's not about files, but about window SIZES. The window size is usually changed by the event of closing the tab.
