This is a complete failure however as it messed up a lot of the features that made the experience unique and friendly. A lot of things have changed and i don't see a way to go back (how much are you gonna copy chrome with the failure...). I'd like to revert to version 59. Is there any quick way to do so? Thanks!

Close Opera then go inside the folder you installed it.
You'll find several folders inside: most of them are backups of the previous versions you used.
Delete all but the latest v58 folder and don't touch the ones that aren't labelled with a version number.
Done. Block the auto-updater and restart Opera.

Thank you very much, this was quick and easy!
