OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (up to date), from Opera Stable 58.0.3135.127

This happens EVERY time from O-Menu >Update and Recovery >Recover (set to keep Opera data...)

In another post Stable wont update and crashes Opera browser before it gets to 100%.

EDIT: Windows 7 machine, 32-bit wont update to Stable v60 either.
